Intentions

When we started the birth process of this event and created a collective intention, we discovered four major areas of interest:

  • Create a space and time to

    • Practice SPT,

    • Connect and get to know each other

    • Plant seeds for future projects

  • Deepen and expand our practice

    • Connect, listen and discuss

    • Create reflection time/moments

    • Be attentive to each other

    • Give space for sharing

  • Let the "deep human goodness within all of us" (Arawana) unfold

    • Allow people to feel "at home"

    • Allow beauty, kindness and love to be present

  • Create participatory containers

    • To share practices and experiences

    • Cluster around topics of interest along with the "U"

    • Let concrete ideas emerge in our minds and bodies

The Flow through the Days

Based on the above intentions, we have created the following flow as a framework for our days together.

The whole program is planned to happen in what we call 'containers'. Each container will represent a step according Theory U and is intended to either

  • be filled with standard practices get us connected with the 3 bodies (basic practice container)

  • represent pre-structured sessions to co-sense and co-create using embodied practices like Stuck, Case Clinic or 4D-Mapping

  • leave space to get filled with what emerges from the field during the event itself

  • give chances to step into small groups and break out sessions

  • provide participants opportunities to share experience and practices

  • create an open space for optional morning (embodiment) practices.

We are happy to be able to access the spacious facilities of the Alanus Werkaus campus.

More to follow within the next weeks as the preparation progresses.
